Design 10 locations of 32-bit data storage device which can be connected to PC using RS232 (Using HyperTerminal)

Minimum Features
i. Storage is EEPROM
ii. Data Entry format: "= New Line", " New Line"
ii. Data Retrieval format: "? New Line"
iii. System should prompt error messages when the location and number or entry format is not correct.
