CNC Milling Machine with Pattern Recognition

Control board of CNC milling machine was built using AT89S52 micro-controller. It operated in X, Y and Z axis with the help of stepper motors. Z axis have the tool and job is placed on X and Y beds.
There are three modes available in the GUI for the operation of machine:

i) Manual Mode
ii) Program Mode
iii) Pattern Mode

In manual mode, three button for each axis (x, y & z) are provided and there is a check box for reverse direction of these axis.

In Program mode, distance is millimeters is given in the each field of x, y and z axis and upon execution, machine performs the required job.

In pattern mode, Z axis is fixed to a constant height and with the movement of x and y motors, selected image is transformed the the job piece.
