Suppose we have 8 leds and we want to make 8 led lightning at the same time but with different freq.

First thoughts would be to make a 8 PWM driver, either by using single in multi out PWM chips and communicate to the chips with whatever communication protocol it requires. Or a micro-controller that has the capability of 8 out PWM lines.
